By ordering through WapeWape, you agree to pay the listed price for confirmed orders and to provide accurate delivery details. We reserve the right to cancel an order if stock runs out before your payment is confirmed — in that case, any payment already made is fully refunded.
We collect only what's needed to process your order: your name, phone number, and delivery address. We don't sell your information to third parties. Order details are shared only with the delivery partner completing your order.
Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days across Kenya. You'll get delivery updates on WhatsApp, and can message us any time for a live status check.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging for a return to be accepted, except in cases of damage or fault on our end.
